Each item has an estimated custom production time as shown on the item page, and then it ships. We will provide you with tracking numbers to track your packages with the carriers so that you can watch the progress of your delivery. (Please be advised that we can not be responsible for shipments once they have left our studio. You must contact the carrier with the tracking number that we provide to track your package.) We will often "Split Ship" our orders, to get the products that are completed first right out and on their way to you. THIS MEANS THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE FOR YOUR ORDER. PLEASE NOTE THE CUSTOM CREATION TIMES IT TAKES FOR US TO MAKE EACH ITEM. All of our products are handcrafted just for you upon order...and take extra time. Creation times are noted on each item page.

OtterBox® phone covers come with a self-adhering clear screen protector as a FREE bonus - this is not included in purchase and we do not warranty or sell separately as it is a free gift. We do not ship replacement screen protectors. Environmental Protection: Case provides added protection against scratches, bump and shock. This case is NOT protective against water. We offer a 30 day from purchase limited warranty on your personalized Otterbox Phone Case. We do not handle OtterBox® Warranty issues, including breakage, beyond 30 days from purchase and will not be able to replace your monogrammed OtterBox® case for any reason. A warranty offers protection for actual defects in a product and its printing upon its arrival. Breaking a case from a drop, forcing it on or off your phone, or rough everyday wear and tear is not a defect in the product nor warranty justified...please take care of your OtterBox cover, as the personanlized hard outer shell can break if dropped or bent to be removed from the phone. Once applied, cover should remain on the phone at all times...there is no need to remove for charging. All cases are breakable and customers are responsible for the care of their own case. *Printed colors may vary from what is shown on your monitor and from other Girly-Twirly iPhone products. *Disclaimer: Girly-Twirly Gift Co. LLC does not warranty your iPhone HTC, iPad or any device against damage or breakage- you are responsible for the care of, insurance and replacements of your own electronic device.
SOME INFORMATION ON OUR DELIVERIES:
1) Each product page on our website shows an "Availability Time". This is the average time that it takes us to custom create that item for you. Occasionally materials become out of stock or we are waiting on a shipment to arrive and can take slightly longer. We try our best not to let this happen, but occasionally it can occur.
2) During peak gift ordering times such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, End Of The School Year, Back To School and Graduation, and during new Apple product releases (such as New iPhone or iPad model releases) some production times may take a touch longer. We make the majority of our products when you order them, so they are created especially for you. Please allow some extra time during these peak periods.
3) The graphic design process is started on your order within 24 hours of it being placed. Therefore, we can only cancel an order within 24 hours of order placement. If cancelation must take place after that, a graphic design fee may still apply.
4) Please note that some of our products will arrive at different times and in different shipments. If you have not received all of your order within 3 weeks, please let us know and we would be happy to track your packages for you.
5) We are not responsible for shipping losses due to carrier error. Once our products have left our facility and are in the hands of the carriers we transfer responsibility to them for the safe delivery to your door. If there should be a shipping loss we would be happy to remake and reship your items quickly for you at no additional charge, but please note that we do not refund due to carrier error. All carrier claims should be submitted to the appropriate carrier for resolution if you request a monetary refund for the loss.
Monogram Ettiquette & Monogram Guidelines
When you want to give a truly memorable gift that will become a cherished keepsake, we think there is no better choice than a personalized gift. We believe that monogramming makes everything more meaningful. Here is the standard Emily Post Monogramming Etiquette that we normally follow -
Individual Monogram Etiquette - The most common rule is first name initial, last name initial and middle name initial, in that order. So Elizabeth Mary Sullivan's monogram would look as follows: ESM
Married Monogram Etiquette (2 Choices)
Modern Monogram Etiquette: The most common rule is the Woman's First Name, the couples Married Last Name, Husband's First Name. So Elizabeth Sullivan married to James O'Neill the monogram would look as follows:
Traditional Monogram Etiquette: The most common rule to follow is Woman's First Name, Married Last Name, Woman's Maiden Name. So Elizabeth Mary Sullivan married to James David O'Neill's monogram would look as follows:
Mens Monogram Etiquette Or All Same Height Block Font Etiquette: When monogramming something for a man or in our Block or Modern Font with ALL OF THE LETTERS THE SAME HEIGHT, the traditional monogram layout is "First, Middle, LAST. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE THIS STYLE OF MONOGRAM WE WILL ADJUST YOUR MONOGRAM TO BE IN THE PROPER ORDER OF "First, Middle, LAST" so that it appears in this proper manner for you. For example, James David O'Neill's monogram would be entered as "jOd" on your order form, but we will adjust it as follows: JDO
It is also correct to put a gentleman's surname initial larger in the middle. For James David O'Neill the monogram is also acceptable as follows: JOD
SPECIAL NOTES ON THE ROUND (CIRCLE) MONOGRAM: PLEASE NOTE: THIS FONT CAN LOOK SLIGHTLY "CUT OFF" OR "SQUARED OFF" IF YOU HAVE A "J", "L" or "O" AS THE FIRST OR MIDDLE INITIAL, and a "D" in the left side position will come out backwards to keep the integrity of the circle. (PLEASE click on "Monogram Font Choices" in the left margin to see all letters before ordering this font).
Since we are a custom monogramming store, we create your orders upon special request, and can not accept returns on custom made or personalized items. We create each order based on your specific name or monogram, and therefore we can not resell it if returned. If there is a spelling error, product problem or a defect in the product, we would be happy to work quickly to remake the product exactly as you originally ordered, as we always want you to be thrilled with your Girly-Twirly Gift Company purchase. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item or issue a refund if a problem arises. If you have any special requests, please feel free to email us before placing your order, as we would be happy to try to accomodate you if at all possible. (Please note that custom requests are non-returnable, as they are also custom created just for you by your special request.)
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To obtain a return authorization number (RA#), please email us at GirlyTwirlyGifts@aol.com with your request. Only returns arriving with this return authorization number will be accepted in our shipping department from the US Postal Service or UPS. We can only accept returns for unused, new product within 30 days of purchase. AFTER 30 DAYS, RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please also note that return shipping charges are non refundable.
Your credit card will be processed before any personalization production starts. Once the item is personalized for you, if the charge does not go through the item would have to be thrown away. By processing your card before the personalization process begins it assures that we can confidently begin your custom personalization and shipment.
At this time we do not offer our products for wholesale.
STERLING SILVER JEWELRY CARE
By nature, sterling silver will tarnish when exposed to air. However proper care and storage will help to keep your sterling silver jewelry sparkling and clean. If your sterling pieces should become tarnished, we recommend ONLY using a jewelry-grade silver polishing cloth to clean it, which will restore the original shine and bright color gently. Using a silver polishing cloth once a month, and storing your sterling silver in a ziploc baggy slows its exposure to air...thus slowing the tarnishing process. Adding a small piece of anti-tarnish jewelry paper to the baggy will prevent the tarnish all together. Never apply polishing agents or chemical dips or toothpaste, as they may scratch, cause chemical blackening or damage the item. Avoid applying lotions, hair products, etc. while wearing sterling silver, or exposing the piece to chemicals such as chlorine, bleach or ammonia, as these may damage them too. We cannot refund or exchange jewelry that has been scratched or damaged by cleaning agents, rough polishing, cosmetics or other personal care products.
WE ARE GREEN!
Here at the Girly-Twirly Gift Company, we try to always remain conscious of our environment. This means that we try to "recycle" and reuse as many shipping boxes as we can, to cut down on the number of trees harmed to create shipping boxes. On all gift shipments, we will always ship in a new box...but for direct orders, you may receive your order in a box that was previously "loved!"
Ordering the Perfect Size:
GIRLY-TWIRLY CLOTHING SIZES
Leotards - Our girls leotards are a wonderful, thick, fully lined lycra/spandex. We typically recommend ordering one size larger than you think she will need! (ex. Age 3 should wear our 4/6x size, Age 5 should wear our 6x/7 size.)
Dresses and Rompers - These lovely, thick European cotton outfits run a bit generously sized new, but shrink to fit "true-to-size" after washing. We usually recommend ordering exact size on these for the best fit.
MONOGRAMMED ITEM CARE
Washing a monogrammed Leotard, Outfit or Towel - We recommend cold water washing for all of our monogrammed items to ensure that there will be no color run from the thread. Even though we use top of the line nylon coated monogramming thread we still recommend cold washing for long color last and wear. Spot bleaching is "O.K.", but we do not recommend full water bleaching.
